1. At least 5 years of management experience.

2. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CAT, or CIMA.

3. Experience in consolidated accounting, preferably in a Japanese company.

4. Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and management reporting.

5. Able to explain financial results and provide useful business insights.

6. Strong strategic thinking, integrity, and a results-driven attitude.

7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with BI tools is an advantage.

9. Good leadership skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

1. Oversee the company's daily accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

3. Manage budgeting, financial planning, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting.

4. Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and accurate financial records.

5. Monitor the company's financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency.

6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

7. Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other relevant parties.

8. Supervise the finance and accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations.

9. Support management in financial analysis, business planning, and decision-making.
