What you'll be doing

• Grow our presence across Malaysia by building relationships with aesthetic clinics, beauty salons, distributors and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional events.
• Organise workshops, training sessions, exhibitions and networking events.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media and marketing content.
• Represent Minré at industry events and meetings.
• Work closely with the founders on business development, branding and strategic initiatives.

We're looking for someone who

• Has experience in sales, marketing or business development (beauty, aesthetics, healthcare or related industries is an advantage).
• Is passionate about beauty, skincare and innovation.
• Enjoys meeting people and building long-term relationships.
• Is proactive, organised and results-driven.
• Is comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Speaks English well. Mandarin is an added advantage.
