Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, import and export activities, to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.

• Coordinate import and export shipments, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, permits, and compliance with relevant trade regulations.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs brokers, transporters, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth import and export operations.

• Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, shipping instructions, and customs declarations.

• Support transportation planning and coordination, optimizing routes, carriers, and shipping arrangements to minimize logistics costs and delivery lead times.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in warehouse operations, ensuring proper stock control, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy.

• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and external logistics partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

• Monitor shipment status, track deliveries, and resolve logistics issues, including customs delays, shipment discrepancies, and transportation disruptions.

• Analyze logistics data, transportation costs, and operational performance to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

• Participate in logistics improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and overall supply chain performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, import and export requirements, safety standards, and relevant industry practices.
