Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate ship spare parts deliveries and collections.
  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs documentation.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, drivers, and port authorities.
  • Monitor vessel schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Assist the operations team with daily coordination and reporting.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
