Job Description

  • To attend all the training, roleplays, activites and assessments - 100%

(if absence you need to sit for the training program separately, as advice by your WSC)

  • To complete all the on-the-job training organised - at least 90%
  • To meet all the KPIs assigned on monthly basis during on-the-job - at least 80%
  • To pass all the wealth license examination - 100%
  • To complete all on-the-job accreditation by wealth sales coach - 100%
  • To comply and adhere to the Banks and Regulators Code of Ethics - 100%
