Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent) or partial completion is an advantage.

At least 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, including full-set accounts, account payables and month-end closing; multi-entity or regional experience preferred.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with accounting/ ERP systems

Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is an advantage.

Detail-oriented.

Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently with teams in different countries.

Execute and oversee the accounts payable process for the overseas entities, including invoice verification, payment processing and vendor reconciliations.

Prepare the monthly closing and reporting package within group deadlines, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.

Review financial analyses (P&L, balance sheet movements, variance and cost analyses) and highlight issues to management.

Support intercompany reconciliations and coordinate with overseas finance teams and external parties (auditors, tax agents, consultants).

Help maintain internal controls and documentation for payables and closing processes.

Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
