Responsibilities

• Produce gelato and frozen desserts
• Prepare ingredients, sauces and other flavour components
• Maintain high standards of gelato quality, including taste, texture, presentation and consistency
• Collaborate on new flavours and menu items, including recipe testing and seasonal launches
• Follow recipes and production procedures accurately
• Manage ingredients, kitchen inventory and production equipment
• Maintain a high level of kitchen cleanliness and organisation in accordance with food-safety regulations
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth production and order fulfilment

Requirements

• Prior experience in gelato, pastry or food production preferred
• Candidates without experience may also be considered if they have a strong interest in gelato and a great willingness to learn
• Meticulous, organised and able to follow recipes and procedures accurately
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team
• Curious about flavours and passionate about creating high-quality desserts
• Food Safety Course Level 1 certification
