Job Summary

Join a modern dental clinic in Central Singapore as a full-time dental assistant supporting dentists, managing patient interactions, and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression and comfortable environment
• Assist dentists during dental procedures to ensure smooth and efficient treatment delivery
• Prepare examination rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary equipment before appointments
• Manage reception duties including making phone calls and scheduling patient appointments accurately
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling patient information and clinic operations
• Use basic computer skills to update and maintain digital patient records accurately
• Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and team members to support clinic operations
• Organize daily tasks and clinic materials to ensure attention to detail and smooth workflow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a dental assistant or related role
• Fluency in English and preferably Mandarin to support diverse patient communication
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues
