Warehouse Operations Team Leader
Location:
Woodlands, Singapore
Basic Salary:
Up to $3,200
Gross Salary:
Up to $3,800 (Including Allowances & OT)
Working Days:
4-3-3-4 Shift Schedule
Working Hours:
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations.
Plan manpower allocation and shift schedules.
Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
Ensure operational targets and KPIs are met.
Resolve operational issues during shifts.
Train and guide staff on SOPs, WMS and workplace safety.
Job Requirements
Good leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with warehouse systems is an advantage.
Forklift license is an advantage.
