LECTURER STUDENT DEVELOPMENT SECTION, UNIKL MFI

(Seksyen 14, Jalan Teras Jernang, 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor)

KEY ROLES :

• Teach Foundational and Intermediate English courses.
• Develop students’ grammar, vocabulary, and overall English language proficiency.
• Provide comprehensive guidance and support on assignments and coursework.
• Support students with lower English proficiency through appropriate teaching strategies and interventions.
• Design and implement engaging, practical, and student-centred activities suitable for TVET learners.
• Assess students’ presentations, reports, written assignments, and other communication tasks.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Master’s Degree in Education (TESOL/TESL), English Language Studies, English Language and Literature, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience in higher education.
• Experience teaching Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree students is required.
• Demonstrate a strong command of spoken and written English.
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in academic and professional settings.
• Able to deliver engaging and student-centred lessons.
• Able to adapt teaching methods according to students’ English proficiency, learning needs, and academic level.
