Telemarketing Executive

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote company products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products, promotions and services.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets/KPIs.
• Maintain proper records of customer information, leads and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Participate in regular training, coaching and team activities to improve sales and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Target-oriented, motivated and willing to learn.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
