Responsibilities
Job Description:
Serve as the primary point of contact for international students.
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and integration programs.
Ensure students receive proper academic guidance and pastoral care.
Handle student concerns, feedback, and conflict resolution.
Support visa-related documentation coordination (if applicable).
Monitor and evaluate teaching quality and student satisfaction.
Implement systems to measure academic performance and service standards.
Conduct classroom observations and gather student feedback.
Work closely with academic leadership to improve curriculum delivery.
Ensure compliance with accreditation and education standards.
Prepare reports on academic quality and student satisfaction.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Develop SOPs to maintain service excellence.
Any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, International Relations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
3–5+ years experience in student services, academic management, or international education.
Experience working with international students is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of education quality assurance systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and organizational ability.
