A trusted contractor is recruiting a dependable Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor (Interior fit-out).

Requirements:

• Participation in the preparation of pre & post tender documentation.

• Prepare tender BQ/quotations including taking off, material and costing.

• Conduct site measurements and verify work done for payment purposes.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on contractual and cost-related matters.

• Review contract documents and identify potential risks and cost implications.

• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project specifications, and company policies.

• Support project team in procurement and contract administration.

• Minimum 2 year(s) of relevant experience (Executive).
