Responsibilities

• Perform website content updates and maintenance on Shopify, including basic HTML and CSS editing

• Maintain e-commerce platforms and ensure content is up to date in line with digital campaign launches and promotional activities

• Manage social media content updates, including copywriting and execution of creative content strategies

• Utilize digital marketing tools, including Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager, to support digital marketing activities and website performance monitoring

• Support the creation of artwork, visual assets, and content for social media campaigns and marketing initiatives

• Handle ad hoc assignments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing

• Experience in social media content creation and management

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Knowledge of e-commerce platform management

• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is an advantage
