Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Lead the procurement pre-opening workstream, including supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, OS&E procurement, operational supplies setup, and purchasing process implementation
Build and establish a reliable network of suppliers, service providers, and business partners to support the hotel's opening and ongoing operations
Source, negotiate, and secure competitive agreements for goods and services while maintaining quality and brand standards
Partner with operational departments to forecast requirements, monitor inventory levels, and support operational readiness
Manage purchase requests, purchase orders, and supplier performance in accordance with company policies
Support the Director of Finance in maintaining procurement controls, governance processes, and cost management initiatives
Monitor market pricing, supplier competitiveness, and product availability to maximise value for the business
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and local regulations
