Key Responsibilities:
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Prepare duty roster & arrange/plan guards for deployment.
- Handle customer/guards complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ferry guards to location (send/pick up).
- Conduct scheduled and random patrols of assigned areas.d) Incident reporting - investigations and prepare incident report.
PAYROLL SUPPORT
- Assist payroll personnel with monthly payroll attendance and records
- Check and verify timesheets, advances & attendance records.
- Keep track of guards leave records.
GROUND STAFF OPERATIONS SUPPORT
- Handle matters related To Nepali guards affairs.
- Hostel arrangements, FOMEMA, Passport and work permit, banking etc.
SALES & MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Supporting Operations Manager in doing marketing and sales activities that covers tender site-visits, exploring new areas of opportunities and attending meetings with new potential clients/prospects. Identifying new business leads.
Reports
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain vehicle check, maintenance logs, hostel inspection, fuel expences & prepare related reports
- Conduct monthly risk assessments exercise at client sites, identify potential
- security risks and respond accordingly
- Prepare incident reports for operations related issues.
COMPANY VEHICLE MANAGEMENT
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections on th basic checks, identify any technical / mechanical issues (if any) and refer to company's appointed panel mechanic (Karib Tyre & Service) for repairs and servicing when due.
ENFORCEMENT
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations and security procedures.
- Ensure all guards adhere to rules & regulations and conform to the SOP/security protocols.
Requirement
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3 years' experience in security operations or related field preferred.
- Experience in guard deployment, attendance, site inspection and manpower management.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple sites.
- Possess valid driving licence and own transport.
- Willing to travel and handle urgent operational matters when required.
- Responsible, disciplined, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of KDN/security industry requirements is an advantage
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
