Position: Admin Assistant (Immediate Vacancy)

Payroll & Statutory Administration Support

• Attendance & Leave Tracking: Monitoring daily attendance, tracking medical/annual leave applications, and auditing timesheets.

• Payroll Data Preparation: Submitting monthly payroll inputs (e.g., unpaid leave, overtime data, allowances, or claims) to the payroll processing officer/manager.

• Statutory Submissions Support: Assisting with monthly documentation related to EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS (SIP), and PCB (LHDN) contributions.

• SQL Experience : Expert in using SQL system
