Responsibilities

• Rotate through key functions to understand the full client advisory and business process
• Work closely and shadow senior mentors
• Analyse market trends and client needs to make informed recommendations
• Support the development of strategic growth initiatives and client engagement plans
• Manage small projects or client portfolios under guidance
• Participate in professional training programmes, certification courses, and leadership workshops

• A level, Local Diploma or Degree in any field
• Capable of critical thinking and problem-solving
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Outgoing, sociable, empathetic
