Responsibilities
We are looking for an effective team player with a passion in gelato making to fill the role of
Kitchen Assistant or Supervisor
for Gelato manufacturing.
Your roles &responsibilities include:
Assistant:
Support the kitchen production of gelato and related products
Ensure the consistent quality of food produced by the kitchen
Monitor stocks for ingredients and manage inventory
Supervisor:
Overseeing daily gelato production and staff operations
Manage production planning, equipment maintenance and inventory movement
Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with food safety standards
Collaborated with management and other team members to improve and ensure efficient production processes to meet production targets
Train and supervise production team members
Job Requirements:
Assistant position: No experience necessary
Supervisor position: 2 years’ experience in gelato making.
Possess positive work attitude and a team player; able to work in a fast pace environment.
Salary commensurate with experience.
