Responsibilities
- Preparation and submission of progress claim for Main Contract
- Manage variation orders for Main Contract and Sub-Contract
- Work closely with project team on preparation of variation claim and provide contractual advice on claims
- Preparation of Sub-Contract document and work order
- Evaluate and prepare payment to Sub-Contractors
- Update and report project cost to management
- Liaise with Consultants and Sub-Contractors for cost and contractual matters
- Settlement of final account for Main Contract and Sub-Contract
