We are looking for a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to join our Toolroom team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to fabricate high-precision mold parts and tooling components according to production schedules and CAM engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Setup & Operation: Perform accurate machine setups, tool positioning, and run CNC milling machines to fabricate parts to exact specifications.
• Cutting Tool & Material Efficiency: Effectively utilize cutting tools, optimize machining setup times, and maintain consistent quality standards.
• Production Schedule Alignment: Follow production schedules set by CAM Engineers and complete machining jobs accurately and efficiently.
• Maintenance & Workstation Care: Perform routine, simple machine maintenance, conduct general troubleshooting, and maintain a clean work environment (5S).

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience operating CNC Milling machines in a toolroom, mold fabrication, or precision engineering environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in CNC milling setup, tool selection, reading technical drawings/specifications, and applying proper polishing/finishing techniques.
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, precision-focused, and capable of working independently to achieve daily production output.

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
