• Review facility agreements and offer letters to confirm that requested transactions are permitted
• Process loan drawdowns, rollovers, principal repayments, interest and fees for bilateral and syndicated loans
• Follow up with Relationship Managers on outstanding items and documentation
• Conduct AML/KYC checks
• Prepare SWIFT payments for loan disbursements
• Maintain accurate records and safekeeping of loan documents
• Process bank guarantees and letters of credit
• Prepare local, regulatory and head office reports
• Support IT on system upgrades and UAT
• Take on projects and ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• At least 3 years in credit documentation and loan administration
• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or related field
