Welcome customers and address their enquiries professionally.
Provide accurate and suitable product recommendations.
Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
Drive product sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
Manage in-store promotions and support marketing initiatives.
Maintain good knowledge of mobile phone brands and accessories.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with customers.
Candidates with mobile phone / accessories knowledge are highly preferred.
Relevant retail, sales, or promoter experience will be favourably considered.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good interpersonal skills when dealing with store managers and fellow promoters.
Sales-driven, motivated, and enthusiastic.
