What You’ll Do
- Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and our database
- Connect with candidates and understand their career aspirations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Match the right talent with the right opportunities
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through placement
- Develop your communication, negotiation, sales and business skills
