PSV Laboratory Hiring! Full Time Account Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting functions including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), invoicing and payment processing.
• Prepare customer invoices, monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Verify and process supplier invoices, payment vouchers and supplier statements.
• Perform bank, customer and supplier reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly closing, financial reporting and management accounts.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors, tax agents and internal departments on finance-related matters.
• Assist with e-Invoice, SST and other statutory requirements where applicable.
• Monitor cash flow, outstanding receivables and supplier payment obligations.
• Support audit activities and ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by Management.
