KESM Industries Berhad Hiring! Full Time Senior Purchasing Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 5,500 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, price negotiation, and purchase order processing.

2. Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.

3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure materials, components, spare parts, and services meet operational requirements.

4. Monitor outstanding purchase orders, supplier lead times, and material availability to prevent production disruptions.

5. Evaluate supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, and pricing.

6. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement cost-reduction initiatives.

7. Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and procurement reports.

8. Ensure compliance with the Company's purchasing policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing.

3. Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing experience will be an advantage.

4. Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/MRP system is preferred.

6. Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across departments.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
