Responsibilities
Drive Academic Excellence
Teach and mentor primary-level (P4–P6) English students, with a focus on advanced PSLE preparation strategies.
Design and review high-impact lesson materials, including PSLE-style questions, answer frameworks, and marking rubrics.
Lead workshops for students/parents on PSLE trends, common pitfalls, and MOE syllabus updates.
Lead Curriculum & Assessment Innovation
Develop English curriculum (e.g., exam-centric worksheets, mock papers) aligned with MOE standards.
Enhance Think Academy’s Reputation
Represent Think Academy as a subject-matter expert at parent seminars and education fairs.
Contribute thought leadership (e.g., articles, webinars) on English education trends and PSLE performance analysis.
