Join Trinex Events Sdn Bhd, an established event production company delivering corporate, government, exhibition, and large-scale event projects.
Our portfolio includes projects for recognised brands and organisation such as McDonald's, CTOS, the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA), JCorp (Johor Corporation), and many more.
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and dependable Event Executive to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from preparation to completion
Liaise with clients, suppliers, venues, and internal production teams
Prepare project timelines, quotations, checklists, and event documentation
Coordinate logistics, manpower, transportation, setup, and dismantling
Monitor project budgets, deadlines, and deliverables
Supervise on-site operations and resolve issues efficiently
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
