At Oo LaLab (Top Middle Base Pte Ltd), you will join an energetic team to lead accountprospecting and relationship building activities. Oo La Lab is a nichefragrance house for corporates in general, and luxury/beauty brands inspecific. With physical labs situated in Singapore and Dubai, we prideourselves on strong customer relationships and innovative can-do solutions.

Yourprimary responsibility will be to acquire new corporate accounts for ourproducts and services. You will be charged with nurturing and maintainingrelationships with our key clients. Our core audience are corporates, retailersand beauty brands.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently hit revenue and targets
• Identify corporates, retailers and beauty brands clients in deal sourcing
• Demonstrate products to prospective customers
• Work closely with marketing to ensure timely campaign management and to identify sales targets; prepare relevant sales literature and make use of market research,
• Work independently to develop a strong new business pipeline
• Contribute to company strategy and product development via client feedback
• Attend industry events to maximize new business revenues and commercial opportunities
• Influence and feedback product development via input from prospects and customers

Required Skills / Background:

• B2B sales experience 
• Detailed knowledge of sales fundamentals including lead generation, pipeline management, closing techniques
• Solid track record or meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Intelligent, able to solve problems, and react positively to change
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast pace environment
• Quick learner and ability to deal with ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills, effective relationship building skills with internal and external partners.
• Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset
• Good language skills a plus (Mandarin)
