About the Role

Urgent hire. We need a capable junior-level professional to take on trading operations responsiblities. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that we can scale our trading business safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily trade, position reconciliations.

• Daily mark-to-market calculations against clearer statements.

• PnL reporting and handling of resulting trader / management queries.

• Trader set-up, including granting access to trade specific contracts, broker access and any other set-up requests.

• Document and improve end-to-end workflows.

• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience in trading operations or middle-office (clearing, brokerage, trading assistant experience highly valued).

• High-level experience working with clearing processes.

• Strong operational mindset with excellent attention to detail.

• Customer-success orientation combined with process excellence.

• Proactive, multi-hat capable, and thrives in a fast-growing environment.

• Ability to thrive in a transparent, no-ego, high-accountability culture.
