Responsibilities
WE ARE HIRING!
Position: Pet Assistant
Working Hours: 9 AM – 7 PM (6-day work week)
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 + EPF, SOCSO & EIS
Job Scope:
- Care for dogs and cats (walking, feeding, etc.)
- Send daily updates to pet owners
- Clean and maintain a hygienic environment
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Reply to customer messages and inquiries
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures
- Perform computer and admin work (system entry, customer payments, boarding schedules)
- Run errands when required (grocery purchases, vet visits, etc.)
- Assist the groomer when needed (handling pets, brushing, blow-drying, etc.)
Requirements:
- Malaysians only
- Must have a genuine love for dogs & cats
- Preferably with experience in handling pets (especially dogs)
- Able to communicate in English
- Responsible, patient & willing to learn
