South Ocean Technology Hiring! Full Time Customer Service Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, e-commerce platform, phone call, email, live chat, or social media
• Provide accurate product link, information, pricing, promotions, and recommendations
• Assist customers in choosing suitable products based on their needs
• Follow up with potential customers and leads
• Ensure smooth purchasing experience
• Handle customer complaints, issues, and feedback professionally
• Assist with warranty claims, returns, exchanges, and repair arrangements
• Follow up on delivery status and order issues
• Coordinate with warehouse / technical team for problem resolution
• Recover dissatisfied customers by resolving issues effectively and turning bad reviews into positive reviews

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or relevant qualification.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service / Sales Support / E-commerce industry
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (will be added advantage)
• Friendly, patient, and able to handle customers professionally
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, etc.)
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Location: Level 15, Tierra Crest, Unitar International University, Jalan SS 6/3, SS 6, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working time: 5.5 days/week (Monday to Saturday, Saturday alternate)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
