Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily General Ledger (GL) activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and schedules.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and proper maintenance of accounting records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Monitor and review financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis when required.
• Liaise with internal departments, auditors, and other relevant parties on finance-related matters.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably with strong General Ledger experience.
• Familiar with accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end closing procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with other department.
• Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin will have an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
