Are you confident in front of the camera, passionate about social media, and skilled at engaging audiences through live streaming?

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Live Host to join our team in the gold jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hosting live sessions, creating engaging short-form videos, and developing social media content to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and product visibility across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to showcase and promote gold jewellery products.
• Engage with viewers in real time by responding to comments, answering product enquiries, and encouraging audience interaction.
• Study and understand the features, designs, and selling points of our jewellery products.
• Plan, shoot, and create engaging short-form video content in Reels and TikTok formats.
• Develop and execute social media content strategies to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Manage social media communications and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
• Handle unexpected situations during live sessions calmly and appropriately.
• Work independently while collaborating with the team to achieve marketing objectives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 0-1 years of experience in video content creation.
• Proven experience in live hosting, preferably for product promotion or live selling.
• Experience managing social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact naturally and confidently with online audiences.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative, proactive, responsible, and a fast learner.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• A pleasant personality with confidence in front of the camera.
• An existing social media following or portfolio of previous live sessions and video content is an added advantage.
