Job Description

• Sales & Data Analysis: Conduct daily/weekly/monthly sales analysis, monitor Business Plan and campaign performance, identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Partner Management: Manage the partner lifecycle, including onboarding, maintenance, development, and offboarding. Coordinate partnership activities and monitor partner satisfaction and performance.
• Channel Operations: Support channel policies, processes, budget utilization, and activity execution across APAC markets. Identify operational risks and drive process improvements.
• Reporting & Monitoring: Develop and maintain reporting and monitoring mechanisms to track channel performance, execution gaps, and operational risks.
• Regional Project Management: Support end-to-end regional projects, including program design, resource coordination, execution, stakeholder communication, and post-project evaluation.

Job Requirements

·      Preferably at least 2 years & above of relevant working experience

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Mathematical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any relevant fields

·      High proficiency with MS Excel, ability to collect and review data in complex spreadsheets, as well as to analyse large data sets

·      Fluency in English; Mandarin will be a plus (both written and spoken)

·      Having strong communication skills and presentation skills
