Responsibilities
Position: Retail Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Number of Vacancies: 2
Location: Changi Airport, Singapore
Working Schedule: 5-day work week, rotating shifts
Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with their purchases and enquiries.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately.
Replenish stock and ensure products are neatly displayed and properly priced.
Maintain store cleanliness and good housekeeping standards.
Assist with receiving and organising stock deliveries.
Support daily store operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, reliable and able to work well in a team.
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
Able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and Public Holidays.
Physically fit to handle stock replenishment and store deliveries.
Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage; training will be provided.
Minimum education requirement: GCE N-Level or equivalent.
