Job Description

• Position Title: Logistics Specialist/ Warehouse Assistant
• Working Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8am - 5pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + OT + Annual Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations in accordance with established warehouse procedures and systems.
• Carry out the loading and unloading of goods safely.
• Organize warehouse layouts and arrange inventory systematically to ensure proper stock rotation using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method.
• Conduct stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods, document inspection findings, and ensure products meet the required standards.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in received orders to the immediate supervisor.
• Handle fragile and sensitive items carefully to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, tidiness, and good housekeeping practices.

• Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of Warehousing experience.
• Possess a valid forklift license.
• Able to carry load (up to 25kg) when required.
• With SAP software knowledge is an added advantage.
