Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Boilerman, specifically with Grade 2 certification or equivalent.

Proven ability to operate and monitor industrial boilers, ensuring efficient and safe steam generation.

Skilled in performing routine boiler maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.

Experience with water treatment processes for boilers to prevent scale formation and corrosion.

Proficient in troubleshooting boiler operational issues and implementing effective solutions.

Knowledge of and adherence to all relevant safety procedures and regulations for boiler operation and maintenance.

Ability to conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.

Experience with accurate record keeping of boiler performance, maintenance activities, and safety checks.

Familiarity with steam generation principles and their application in an industrial setting.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite environment

Operate and monitor boilers to ensure efficient and safe steam generation according to Grade 2 specifications and company procedures.

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on boilers and associated equipment, including pumps, valves, and safety devices, to identify and address potential issues.

Conduct regular water treatment tests and adjust chemical levels as necessary to prevent scaling, corrosion, and ensure optimal boiler performance and longevity.

Troubleshoot and diagnose operational problems with boilers and related systems, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain production.

Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and regulations, including lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and emergency response protocols, to ensure a safe working environment.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, water treatment results, and any incidents or repairs, for reporting and analysis.

Assist in the calibration and testing of boiler control systems and instrumentation to ensure accurate readings and proper functioning.

Clean and maintain the boiler room environment, ensuring it is free from debris, hazards, and meets housekeeping standards.
