Hiring - Front Desk Receptionist (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirement:

• Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
• Able to work on weekend
• Multi-lingual capability (Mandarin, English & BM)
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Pleasant looking, warm personality, good interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibility

• Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
• Help patients with Appointments
• Send reminder to patients
• Assist doctors will administrative tasks
• Upkeep to ensure reception area is tidy.
• Take and reply messages.

Working Hours

• Able to work on one of the weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• 2 days off per week
• Walking distance to MRT TTDI
