What You'll Do

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support for computers, laptops, software, network, printers and user access.
• Maintain IT infrastructure including servers, NAS, backup, antivirus, network devices, firewall and VPN.
• Provide first-level ERP support for user access, transactions, reports, printing and workflows.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with ERP vendors for issue resolution.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate ERP customization / enhancement projects.
• Support UAT, testing, implementation and system improvements.
• Maintain IT assets, software licences and technical documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support and ERP systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in ERP customization / enhancement projects.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT support.
• Experience working with ERP vendors and internal users.
• Mandarin language skills are required for communication with Mandarin-speaking principals and vendors.
• Willing to work in Cheras, Selangor.
• Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,999, depending on experience.
