Your new role

As a Payroll Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll activities for clients across the region. This includes payroll processing, payroll calculations, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and payroll reporting. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and within agreed timelines while maintaining compliance with local regulations.



What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of payroll accounting experience.
• Experience handling Singapore payroll will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of payroll operations, payroll calculations, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced shared services environment.
