Lead the manufacturing team to achieve production targets on schedule while upholding workmanship quality and operational efficiency.

Lead the manufacturing team to execute production plans according to schedule while maintaining workmanship standards
Plan and allocate manpower and resources based on production requirements to optimize workflow
Monitor production progress continuously and proactively resolve operational issues to minimize downtime
Report shift production status and key updates clearly to the Senior Manager for informed decision-making
Manage team discipline, shift planning, and daily production activities to ensure smooth operations
Support recruitment processes, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate employee skills development to build a capable team
