Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in merchandising, retail stock management, or indoor/outdoor sales (experience in toy or FMCG wholesale/retail is an added advantage).

Transportation & Mobility:

• Possess own transport (car/motorcycle) and a valid driving license.

• Willing and able to travel outstation for store visits, stock inspection, and replenishment tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Familiar with inventory management, FIFO stock rotation, and product display standards.

• Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (ability to speak Mandarin is a plus).

Personal Attributes:

• Responsible, punctual, independent, and physically fit to handle shelf setup and stock loading.

Shelf Display & Stock Management:

• Display and arrange products neatly on shelves according to company planograms and standards to maximize product visibility.

• Continuously restock products to ensure store shelves are always fully replenished without empty spaces.

Inventory Control & Quality Assurance:

• Perform regular stock rotations using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle to minimize damaged or expired stock.

• Inspect packaging quality, manage product return processes for damaged items, and keep display areas clean.

Price Tagging & Promotional Setup:

• Ensure all items are displayed with accurate, clear, and updated price tags.

• Set up and refresh promotional materials (POSM/POP displays, posters, banners) in alignment with sales campaigns and new product launches.

Stock Auditing & Reporting:

• Monitor product sales performance and report low-stock or overstock situations to the management team.

• Assist in periodic stock counts, store inventory audits, and discrepancy checks across outlets.

Store Operations & Outlet Relations:

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with store managers, supervisors, and retail floor staff.

• Travel to assigned outstation outlets/stores as required to conduct stock replenishment and merchandising tasks.
