Preferably with experience in clerical or administrative support.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Willing to learn, responsible, and committed to work.

Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and assist visitors.

Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.

Schedule and coordinate administrative tasks and projects.

Arrange travel for senior staff, including flights, transportation, hotels, and restaurant reservations.

Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.

Support the team with organizational and communication-related tasks.

Assist in developing administrative staff by providing information and learning opportunities.

Respond to questions and requests by providing relevant information.

Maintain office supplies inventory, monitor stock levels, and arrange orders when required.
