• In-charge of daily operations of the store
• Lead, coach and motivate sales associates with highest level of care to customers
• Drive and encourage sales team to meet store sales goals
• Coordinate and facilitate merchandising and promotional activities
• Maintain and support store merchandising, oversee inventory and cash till management
• Developing store strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and top-notch visual merchandising standards
• Provide insights on buying trends and customer needs
• Assess training needs and build career path for store staff through performance appraisals
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Operations Manager/Store Manager

Job Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisor role, in the related field is required for this position
• Passionate in the retail environment and strives for operational excellence
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business, especially the store team
• Ability to work well within a team
• Results oriented and possess a keen eye for detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
