Proven experience as a cashier or waiting staff member in a professional restaurant or hospitality environment.

Proficiency in handling cash transactions and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and other staff members.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of food and beverage items, menu descriptions is a plus.

Fluency in English and Malay is required. Basic knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Handle all cashier operations, including processing payments, managing the till, checking accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Check floats and coins at the beginning of each shift.

Look after the keys at all times and be responsible for the security of cash in the cash register.

Assist with the setting up of food counters before service.

Arrange any counter display materials as required.

To be responsible for recording all sales and cash taking in the daily sales book.

Provide professional waiting service to customers, taking orders and ensuring timely delivery of meals and beverages.

Assist with other restaurant operations and special events as required.
