Proven experience as a Fit Out Executive or in a similar role within the retail or hospitality sector, with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience.

Possession of a Diploma in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing out fit-out projects within budget and timeline.

Strong understanding of Construction Management principles and practices, with the ability to oversee all phases of the fit-out process from design to completion.

Proficiency in Vendor Management, including sourcing, selecting, and managing contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Solid experience in Quality Control, implementing checks and balances to ensure all work meets specified standards and brand requirements.

Experience in Site Supervision, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, project plans, and quality standards on-site.

Skilled in Contract Negotiation with vendors and contractors, securing favorable terms and conditions.

Ability to conduct thorough Risk Assessment and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns.

Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaunt with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.

Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities, motivating and guiding project teams to achieve common goals.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.

Willingness to work onsite at Persiaran Bukit Utama 18, Petaling Jaya, 47800, Malaysia.

Oversee and manage all aspects of retail fit-out projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate with internal teams, architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project integrity.

Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while upholding company standards.

Implement and enforce strict quality control measures throughout the fit-out process, ensuring all work meets design specifications and regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track milestones, and report on project status to senior management.

Proactively identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions and cost overruns.

Foster strong working relationships with all stakeholders, including site teams, clients, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth project delivery.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.

Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
