Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations:
Oversee daily construction activities and monitor project progress from start to finish.
Team & Subcontractor Management:
Assign tasks, guide construction workers, and coordinate external subcontractors and vendors.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce workplace safety rules, conduct regular hazard inspections, and ensure compliance with local building codes.
Blueprints & Quality Control:
Read and interpret construction drawings and inspect work quality to match specifications.
Materials & Equipment:
Procure and track building materials, manage equipment delivery, and minimize resource wastage.
Reporting & Administration:
Prepare daily site logs, track employee attendance, take progress photos, and report updates to the project manager.
