Job Description
- Conduct inter-department meetings
- Monitor daily work progress
- Prepare and plan the Preliminary Program
- Prepare technical proposal for submission to Client
- Conduct presentation of technical proposal to Top Management and Client
- Understand and coordinate structural, architectural and M&E works requirements
- Understand construction works arrangements, sequences and requirements
- Check temporary design & permanent works requirements
- Resolve drawings discrepancies
- Understand construction details in structure, architectural, and M&E works
- Identify contractual requirements
- Assist in problem solving
- Work within tender timeline
- Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers for work requirements
Job Requirement
- Minimum 2 years on site experience
- Dynamic & self-motivated
- Experience in tender & presentation an added advantage
- Competent in software: Primavera, Microsoft Project, Powerpoint, etc
- Able to work independently and experience in QA/QC
Pay: $3,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month
