MIR VALVE is a Malaysian manufacturer of ball, gate, and swing check valves serving the global oil & gas, petrochemical, refining, and power industries.

• Review and manage customer and supplier contracts, purchase orders, and tender documents.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks, including payment terms, warranties, liabilities, and delivery obligations.
• Support tender preparation, contract negotiations, and commercial proposals.
• Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines, and project deliverables.
• Manage contract amendments, variations, and extensions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on contractual matters.
• Maintain accurate contract records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in contract management or administration, preferably in oil & gas, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Good understanding of contract terms, commercial risks, and negotiation practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• ERP and ISO quality management experience will be an advantage.

• Exposure to international oil & gas markets.
